An Orlando, FL native, Shawn proudly served in the United States Marine Corp, where his leadership skills and abilities led him to receive several meritorious recognitions and he became one of the youngest Quality Inspectors in his Squadron’s history. Following his service, Shawn was selected to be one of twenty students chosen Nationwide to enter the first college level Electronics Training Apprenticeship Program (ETAP) in the US, recognized by the White House, with Siemens Stromberg-Carlson. After successfully completing the program and a rewarding tenure with Siemens, Shawn was sought out by a regional staffing company, which launched his career in the employment industry.
Throughout the next 25 years, Shawn closely worked with numerous Fortune 500-1000 companies and SMB'S holding positions such as National Accounts Executive, Vice President, Market Vice President, and Strategic Business Development Consultant, where he managed the national service delivery, executive relationships, and national revenue growth for a billion dollar staffing company & a Global outplacement firm.
Prior to becoming a Managing Partner at CareerSage Group, Shawn was the President & COO for 8 years with CareerCurve, a national outplacement/career transition & executive coaching company headquartered in Cleveland, OH.

Andy realized early on in his career that his passion was people, and this led to a focus on talent acquisition, and founding a boutique recruiting firm. Later, he joined Right Management where he spent 12 years in account management and increasing leadership roles. In 2015 he joined CareerCurve, an Outplacement and Leadership Coaching firm as Vice President, substantially contributing to their growth in the Southeastern US.
Focusing on Outplacement, Leadership Coaching and Development, Talent Management, Andy has successfully steered large and high-profile talent management projects for his clients. Projects are often multi-year strategic initiatives requiring careful execution and an ongoing, demonstrated return on investment. His broad experience has allowed him to function as a strategic consulting partner with corporate clients, who benefit from his business acumen and ability to offer strategic advice around best practices in talent management.
Additionally, he has volunteered significant time and expertise in the HR community. Andy currently serves on the Executive Committee and Board of Tennessee SHRM as past State Director. Past roles include Board of Directors for MT|SHRM as Director Emeritus, President, Marketing Director, and Programs Director. He previously held VP Finance and Membership Board roles with the Memphis Chapter of ASTD/ATD.
Andy is an international transplant who now lives in Nashville. A native of New Zealand, he spent his childhood in India where his parents were career missionaries. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Durham in England. He has called Tennessee home for the last 30 years, previously living in Memphis, and moving to Nashville in 2008.
